Exploring the world of coffee

As an architect and artist I have always loved creating beautiful, experiences and environments. When I started having people over to share coffee on Saturday mornings, I was surprised to discover that peoples’ preferences differ quite significantly!

This was the beginning of a quest to not only find my favorite coffees, but to help other people find theirs - and to learn something from the exchange.

As a result, my approach to roasting and tasting is hedonistic and experiential:

- does a coffee taste better to you if it is roasted lighter or darker?

- how do you perceive the flavor of one coffee versus another?

• -what new flavors are there to explore?
